Question about cell phone warranty?
Okay so originally I had an enV 1 for about 8 months..I was having problems with that so I switched to an enV 2..will my 1 year warranty on the phone end on my enV 2 when my original phone was supposed to end in a few months? Or will my new phone start its 1 year warranty all over again? I just got the enV 2 a few days ago..so would the warranty end in October of 2009?
It depends where you bought it. If you got the Env 2 at a Verizon store, then yes, it will be under a new warranty for one year. But if you bought it online at Ebay or Craigslist, then no, you wouldn’t have that warranty.
