Having issues with Verizon, can you help?

I have been an add-on line with the family plan with Verizon for just over 3 years now. Well, last year (2009) in April did an early upgrade because the phone I had was messing up and when through 3 of them in 5 months. Well, I upgraded to the Alias, and it was a HORRIBLE phone. I went through 4 of them a WEEK!! And none where due to me, they were malfunctions with the phone itself. Well, I was told that I could either get another Alias or bring in another phone to use. I was tired of fighting with the Alias and losing everything I had on it, so I brought one in to use. So now the one I brought in is messing up, and I was wondering what I could do about getting a new phone. What can I do about it? Verizon wants to charge me full retail price and I don’t make that much money in a week. Can I get out of my contract early because of all the issues I have had with them? They have bad costumer service so they are of no help to me. Thanks for reading.

Stop going to that store. Try another store, or call their online support. I had similar problems at a verizon store, and when I called their customer support they took care of everything right away. You could also try buying a used phone (make sure it’s a verizon phone). The original enV is amazingly reliable and has a great battery! I doubt they will let you out of the contract though.
